Lightweight yet structured, the Next Level 6210 provides your customers with the feel of their favorite tee, combined with high durability. The 60/40 cotton-poly blend CVC t-shirt holds color and shape through every wash. The smooth print surface provides space for bold, detailed designs.

The New Standard: Why We’re Upgrading Your Kit

At Melted Barrel, we know "good enough" usually isn't. When it comes to the gear you wear—whether you’re hitting the gym, the range, or grabbing a beer—quality matters. That’s why we are officially retiring the Gildan 64000 and transitioning to the Next Level 6210 Premium CVC.

Why the change? We field-tested dozens of options, and the feedback from the community was loud and clear. Here is why we’re making the Next Level 6210 our new standard:

1. Better Fit, Less "Box"

The Gildan 64000 served us well, but let’s be honest: it has a "boxy" fit that doesn't always flatter the work you put in at the gym. The Next Level 6210 features an athletic cut that hugs the arms and chest while remaining relaxed through the waist. It’s a modern fit that actually looks like it was made for a Marine.

2. The Right Shade of Green

We know the struggle of finding a "Military Green" that doesn't look like a bright forest floor. The 6210 offers a deeper, more authentic Olive Drab (OD) tone that aligns perfectly with the heritage of the Corps.

3. Superior Fabric Tech (CVC)

Unlike standard cotton shirts that can get heavy and "crunchy" after a few washes, the 6210 is a Premium CVC (Chief Value Cotton) blend. * Breathability: Stays cool when the humidity kicks in.

  • Durability: High-end ring-spun cotton mixed with polyester for a shirt that won't thin out after three months of wear.

  • Stretch & Recovery: It moves with you. No more "stretched-out collars" or shirts that lose their shape by noon.

4. Zero "Shrink-to-Fit" Surprises

We’ve all had that shirt that fits perfectly until the first cycle in the dryer. The 6210 is pre-laundered for reduced shrinkage. What you buy is what you get—wash after wash.

5. Higher Quality, Same Price

The Next Level 6210 is a more expensive garment for us to source, but we aren't passing that cost on to you. You’re getting a premium upgrade at the same price point.
